Welcome to 2100films: Bold, Independent, and Ready to Push Boundaries

Welcome to 2100films.

We are The Winchester Brothers. Growing up in a small town (Yarmouth, Maine) we found our creative passions early on in childhood.

The passion that the both of us developed for the pure notion of heightening emotions in storytelling REALLY captivated us... so, as of 2023, we took the leap to Los Angeles to create something extraordinary.

2100films stands out within the sea of other independent horror film production companies – and I'm here to tell you why. It all comes from the mind. The upbringing, the hunger, and of course, the relationship we share as brothers.

Pushing ourselves, our boundaries, and taking risks together has always been something that we've done well. One may ask... "but everyone takes risks, how are you any different?" And the answer we respond with is, WE are the horror.

There isn't a facade. We, as brothers, know what it's like to be scared. We know what an audience should feel when watching one of our horror movies. It's deep, and dark, and heavy, and that's because we've gotten to experience multiple genres growing up, to tell these human emotions apart, piece by piece, until we're satisfied with the outcome.

But are you ever really satisfied? Of course not.

2100films is on its way to becoming an established monument in the horror space. A film festival (Friday Night Frights), independent short films, riveting feature films– and one day soon enough, plans of a fully established studio and theme park called "Horror Gate Park" holding dear our very own small indie-theater "TerrorTime Cinema." We can't wait to have you along for the ride.

Over time, we plan to use the blog to share behind-the-scenes content, filmmaking tips, industry insights, and festival updates, along with a bunch of other news.

Lastly, submit to Friday Night Frights, our new horror film festival, and check out some of our horror short films on YouTube. Our first feature film, "The Face" is currently in pre-production, and let us say, it's something special.
